Just wanted to take a moment to share how A Nutty Christmas went last Saturday. Everyone did an outstanding job and I'm so proud of all the students and their hard work and effort they put into the event. Everyone outdid themselves, stepping up to succeed. Our morning session included our voice and acting students who did a fun scene from The Nutcracker and Mouse King and our vocal students shared many Christmas favorites and even some modern Christmas music. The guests who attended were impressed by the students costumes and professional while doing the event online. So pleased with all their hard work.
The piano students demonstrated music in the afternoon that again were filled with Classics, Carols and Modern Christmas music. The parents and guests really enjoyed the time hearing their kids and other students play so successful. What a blessing. We had so much support and help with the Zoom link that really helped me make the event feel less stressful and very relaxed, filled with peace. After the event, had a chance to talk to some of the students and parents and each of them were very pleased with everyone's effort and willingness to try something new.
