This week has been a whirlwind, as we prepare for our studio event this weekend. I feel like Santa, as I'm checking over the programs to make sure every name and song is correct, sending it off to my friend who helps make the programs look so successful, working with the students for the last week of lessons for the year. Ever student is doing well and I couldn't more proud of each of them as they prepare for an end of the year event. This year we're doing two separate events with our voice and acting students are sharing a couple scenes from the Nutcracker and the Mouse King. The online acting students have been working so hard with their lines and cues, plus the physical acting they are doing is more intense, even for online. Couldn't be more proud. Some of our vocal students are singing some amazing Christmas songs: Believe (The Polar Express), Michael Buble Christmas songs, I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus, Silent Night, Mary Did You Know and other fun songs. The majority of piano students are playing songs from the Nutcracker and of course favorite Carols, Classics and even modern Christmas piano literature. I'm so proud of them.
As we prepare for the end of the year event, I want to thank the parents, students and everyone who has supported Potentials Music this year. Although this time is unusual, very peculiar, we want to say thanks. You're a blessing to our community. Thanks for your support. Blessings
