New Piano Music

This year has been a time where musical creativity and compositions have flourished. What a tremendous blessing, that overwhelms me in the best day. Here is a very short solo called "Dancing Around the Keys" as an Elementary Level or taught by rote solo. The selection utilizies the basics of a C Pentatonic Scale, with an added F, yet it's close enough. Each system has various dynamics starting with piano to fortissimo at the end. Those who play this short piece will develop confidence with the C Pentatonic Scale. The first two systems contain a small crescendo and decrescendo, yet the fourth line swells in volume. Please share with your students. Here is the link:
"Three Blinder Mice Piano Duet" is my first attempt at a piano duet, with a bit of a creepy twist in the key of F minor. I called it a Theme and Variation, with a call and response. The equal part duet will be great to introduce music with four flats, various dynamics, two octaves apart with the duet, and a short middle section that will keep the audience in suspense, wondering what happened to the Three Blinder Mice. I'm really excited to share this duet with my students and hopefully with yours. I'll keep learning how to create duets throughout this process. Here is the link:
What music and theater are you creating? Would like to know. Please let me know if you play or teach any of these new compositions. Thanks for your support. Blessings.
