When I was in college, I would play at a lot of weddings, yet after graduating college, I had a few chances here and there. At least 1 or 2 years ago. I played at a friend's wedding and wondered if I would get the chance again. This weekend, April 10th, I'm blessed to play at a friend of ours. Here are three new YouTubes of selections I'll be playing.
The Bride wants me to play Canon in D by Pachelbel when the Groom and Best Men walk down the aisle. While the Bride is walking in, I'll play and a friend will sing "It's Always Been You" by Phil Wickham. The Sand Ceremony is the "Goodness of God" and when they exit, I'll play "I'm Walking on Sunshine".
When I Fall In Love from Sleepless in Seattle is a song I've played before, yet here is the YouTube. The song will bring back memories of watching the film while I was in college.
Unchained Melody performed by the Righteous Brothers, from the movie Ghost.
Waltz in A Flat Opus 39, No. 15 by Johannes Brahms is one I learned while in High School, yet finally made a video of it. This is a beautiful song by Brahms, probably one of my favorites.
If you or you know of anyone who would like to have live music at their wedding, please reach out to me. What are some of your favorite songs to play or hear at a wedding? Would like to know. Thanks for your support. Blessings.
