Spring Break Student YouTube Videos

On Monday I did a St Patrick's Day Piano Group Class and the students who attended played tons of rhythm, a composing activity and they learned a short portion of a song arranged by Jennifer Eklund from pianopronto.com called "The Irish Washerwoman". We all learned one line of the song and made it into a quartet. They literally sight-read a piece of music and made a video. I'm so proud of them. Keep trying.

Then this afternoon, two of my piano students who have never met learned some of the beginning chords to I Just Might by Bruno Mars. I'm so proud of them for trying something bigger than themselves. My heart is full of joy. I'm trying new things with my students and even though they all "struggling" with it, they persevere. I'm so proud of these students. What an incredible blessing.

What are you doing that's bigger than yourself? Would like to know. Thanks for your support. Blessings.
