Summer Piano Water Games

Last Saturday, May 31st, was the first day of Water Balloon Games, which the students loved. With sidewalk chalk, I created a Grand Staff and piano keys for students to show me where a note is located. Everyone who participated had a blast. There are so many Summer Piano Games to make lessons more engaging, helpful, and just plain exhilarating. At some point, I'll have the students and I wear our swimsuits, getting each other soaked, while having fun. Being outside with piano lessons is one of my favorite things.

Create a Grand Staff and let your imagination run wild.

My new piano student loved playing water balloon games, which were a hit when a sibling who doesn't take lessons got involved too. My heart was full.

Getting water balloons from your local Dollar Tree is very affordable.

Making a "big" splash with notes on the staff.

What games are you playing this summer with your piano students? Would like to know. Thanks for your support. Blessings.
