When Students Take Risks

On Saturday I asked three of my students to create a video of vocal and piano solos and all three of them took a risk that day creating videos. Hope you enjoy. I'm so proud of them trying music "bigger than themselves". What a blessing.
The song Boston by Stella Lefty is so popular not only in Country Music, yet according to my students the song is all over TikTok. IDK. Liam, an online student instantly worked on the song several times and then sent a video. He really likes this song. I'm so proud of his hard work to try this song. Keep singing Liam. You're Awesome.
Kirstin is a vocal student who has really loves singing Stay by Rihanna. I'm so proud of her effort and dedication to wanting to be an incredible vocalist. Keep singing Kirstin. You're Amazing.
Bryce is an online piano student who over a month and half said, "Mr. Andrew, I found this song of Isn't She Lovely by Stevie Wonder". Can you help me play it well"? The answer is: absolutely yes. I'm so proud of Bryce and his willingness to play a song with such emotion and memory. I'm over the moon with his determination. You blew me away. Keep playing Bryce. You're Incredible.
