The past months the acting students have been working very hard on a royalty free script called Aladdin and the Magic Pickle. The script is from 12 Fabulously Funny Folktale Plays by Justin McCoy Martin. The story is loosely based on Aladdin receiving three wishes, yet this Aladdin is a little boy who starts his adventure looking for a snack in the refrigerator. He finds a jar of "Mister Giggles Brand Magic Pickles". When he takes a bite of the pickle, a Pixie appears to grant him wishes. You will learn that the Pixie doesn't quiet request the wishes Aladdin states as he hopes and thinks. They are a bit extreme and not as Aladdin desires. Check out the YouTube of this story.
Will say that the video isn't "perfect" yet I'm. very proud of all the students hard work.
